Philippe Tregon, Silicon Valley
Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer

Philippe Tregon brings over 20 years of general-management, operations, customer-experience, and financial know-how. He founded and led Silicon-Valley-based retail and full-service restaurant businesses. Previously, he served as CFO for various Club Med S.A. resorts and founded a France-based Internet-services business. A consumer-service expert, Philippe has mentored startup entrepreneurs regarding creating businesses and understanding business-to-consumer relationship-based communications, often for the creation of new Internet and mobile solutions and services. Philippe brings experience in new-technology evangelization, starting from his work in information-technology implementation and training for all financial services employees in several Club Med resorts. Philippe earned an Accounting, Financial Analysis and a Business Management degree from the University Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France.

Thomas J. Buckholtz, Silicon Valley
Co-Founder, Partner

Tom Buckholtz provides diverse perspective, including in advising businesses regarding innovation, strategy, relationships, communities, and operations. He has helped pioneer information technologies; information-technology marketplace practices; grassroots endeavors, including innovation communities; productivity gains via work simplification and automation; and initiatives in international charity, national-through-local governance, national politics, and the environment. Dr. Buckholtz has worked in numerous industries, served as a corporate officer for startups, and led a $1 billion business unit. As a Commissioner in the United States General Services Administration, one of his roles included serving as co-chief-information-officer for the federal Executive Branch and being the "world's biggest buyer of information technology." He authored the books "Information Proficiency: Your Key to the Information Age" and "Innovate Incisively: Gain Impact. Save Time." Tom earned a Ph.D. in physics from the University of California, Berkeley, after receiving an undergraduate degree in mathematics from the California Institute of Technology.

Kuldip Pabla, Silicon Valley
Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering

Kuldip Pabla brings a successful track-record in leading the development of and delivering software products and technology. Kuldip brings in great length of expertise in managing resources, technical matters, and industry realities. He has consistently pulled together disparate technologies by enveloping the constituents in a cohesive and intuitive end user ready package. Before joining SSV Network, he led a technical consulting venture serving startups across the world. Previously, Kuldip had served at Sun Microsystems for over 12 years in various engineering roles, including nearly five years with Sun Labs, CTO and Software CTO offices. While at Sun, he authored or co-authored over 25 inventions, for which 12 patents have been granted and other patent applications are pending. Kuldip holds an MS in Computer Science from University of Gujarat, India.
